Our mission at Consort Equine Therapies is to provide our customers with an individual tailored approach to each and every session. Our treadmill allows us too save data on your horse so we are able to assess them each and every time to offer them the best opportunity to reach there potential
We are proud to offer such a technologically advanced treadmill to the area, with a built in incline function allowing horses to work both in the water and on a slope allowing for advanced fitness levels to be reached. The use of the chilled water is also an indispensable tool when managing complex rehab cases.
Gallops
1 Mile Round
A sand and rubber mix surface which is harrowed daily ensuring the best footing possible for you and your horses. The gallop gently undulates the whole way, great for teaching balance to horses, Originally installed by Peter Beaumont who famously trained Jodami to win the 1993 Gold Cup.
Equi-Vibe Floor
Equine whole body vibration
Designed using vertical vibration the EquiVibe floor allows for a smooth vibration that circulates through the horse in the most efficient way. The floor encourages the horses muscles to contract and relax, therefore improving muscles mass, core stability, and circulation.
Solarium
Heat Therapy
Drimee solarium fitted with cooling and warming fans, perfect for chilly winter days as well hot summer days. All horses using the water treadmill are washed off before their sessions under the solarium to warm their muscles up prior to exercise.
